Abstract
I was very happy to see your quarterlyjournal. It is indeed an impressive publicationwhich emphasizes and promotes indigenousresearch and original articles from Pakistan.I was reading Vol. 25, January-March2011, and came across an original article entitled"Prevalence of Allergic Disease and RelatedAllergens in Pakistan in 2007" . I have severalcomments regarding this article, which I feelshould be highlighted, since erroneous paperstend to diminish the credibility of a journal.Certainly, a journal of your caliber should beextremely careful in accepting articles which arescientifically and technically unsound, andfactually incorrect.
