Association of Serum Urinc eAcid with Type II Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
T find out the assocaition of serum urinc acid with type II diabetes mellitus and to compare the level of serum urinc acid between obese and non obese Type II diabetese. Fifty obese and fifty non obese diabetic patients were included in the study one hundred non diabeteic subjects were selected as control gorup. The results were analysed by T-Test for serum uric acid, glucose and lipid profile. hyperuricemia is significantly asscoaited with type II diabetes mellitus and can increase themorbidity and mortality from daibetese if not managed in time.
