Unusual foreign body urinary bladder

Abstract
We report a case of self insertion of unusal ofreign body (plastic covery of disposable syring needle) in the lower urinary tract. The object was used for sexual graftification. The reason for consultation was dysuria, frequency and hypogastric discomfort treatment was by cystotomy.
